Policies and Procedures

To book your appointment through our online booking app, please read the following policies and procedures.

Once complete, please accept the terms of service within the booking app then proceed with confirming your appointment.

Cancellation Policy...

Due to the high demand for appointments, TamekaNicoleBeauty has initiated a 50% service fee for late notice cancellations and no-shows. If the affected service is part of a discounted series, then the service will be forfeited. 

If you must cancel, please give us at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment in order to avoid the fee. 

Also, please keep in mind that a credit card is required when booking your appointment. If one is not provided, we will be unable to hold and confirm your appointment.

We appreciate your understanding!

No shows...

Any no shows will be charged 100% of the service. This fee also applies if you call to cancel after your appointment time has started.

Late Arrivals...

If you arrive late we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule and we will charge 50% of the appointment. Out of respect and consideration for your eyelash therapist and other customers, please do your best to be on time.

Full Lash Extension Sets... 

Please plan to arrive to the salon 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time to facilitate our check-in process. 

Before arriving for your appointment...

Allergic reactions/removals...

We do not offer refunds in the event of a reaction. We will remove the set for free and may offer a voucher for another service. Reactions are always a possibility and can happen at any time.

Lash fill...

Fill-in for clients who have had extensions applied by another qualified artist. Must have 50% of lash extensions remaining. 
PLEASE NOTE: Extensions must be properly applied by previous artist. This service is subject to change upon examination if it is determined that extensions have not been properly applied.

 

Refunds...

We do not offer refunds on services. If you have any concerns with the service you received please notify us immediately. We offer one time complimentary follow up appointment that is limited to 45 minutes. One time complimentary follow up appointment must be made within seven days of the initial appointment.

No children...

Due to liability concerns and the nature of our services we do not allow children into the suite during a service. Please arrange for appropriate childcare.
